Refer yourself If you’re new to us, you can refer yourself up to four times. After that, the referrals need to come through one of our partner agencies. If anything about that’s unclear, or you’d like to talk it through first, please get in touch. Find your nearest hub How self-referral works Before you start, two things to know: You need to live in Winchester city, the surrounding villages, or Alresford. We don’t cover the whole Winchester District. If you’re not sure, check out the area we cover here. If you need baby formula, nappies or other baby equipment, the Winchester Vineyard Storehouse is set up for this and may be able to help you faster. The form takes about five minutes.
