If today is hard, come in

We’re open Monday to Friday at one or more of our five hubs in Winchester and Alresford. A volunteer will meet you, work out what you need, and give it to you free of charge. Everything you tell us stays with us.

If you have any questions, our FAQ page covers most of what people ask before their first visit.

Self referral

Self Referral

If you’re new to us, the quickest way in is to refer yourself online. You can do this up to four times, after which you need a referral from an agency.

Agency Referral

If you’re already working with Citizens Advice, CAP, HCC, WCC, Trinity, your GP, a school or another local agency, they can refer you to us.

Other services

Other Services

Food and clothing aren’t always the whole picture. We’ve put together a list of trusted local services that may help with energy bills, debt, housing, mental health and more.

Other ways to help

If you’d rather give than receive today, our volunteers and donors are why the door stays open. Have a look at the ways you can get involved.

“I am so grateful for the warm welcome and friendly, non-judgemental service. The food is given with thoughtfulness and generosity, which makes a positive difference. Thank you”
